This Saturday Planet Ice Widnes will welcome fans and guests from throughout British Ice Hockey to watch the Bradford Bulldogs, Hull Jets, Telford Tigers and YKK Widnes Wild compete for the English Ice Hockey Associations NiHL Laidler Playoffs Trophy.
The doors will open at 3:45pm for fans and guests to enter the building using the main entrance. Everyone attending is asked to have their ticket ready to present to the rink staff in exchange for a wrist band. Standing and guests wrist bands will be available to collect from the reception window whilst all other wrists bands can be collected from a table in reception.
The first game, the YKK Widnes Wild vs Bradford Bulldogs faces off at 4:30pm and the second games, the Telford Tigers vs Hull Jets, faces off at 7:30pm. The final takes place on Sunday with face off at 5:30pm
Seating for the Saturday is unallocated, however the mezzanine floor is reserved for EIHA guests and VIPs and fans are asked to sit in the designated blocks as per the diagram below;
Everyone attending is reminded that this is an English Ice Hockey Association event and therefore YKK Widnes Wild season tickets and promotional tickets are not valid. The rink will be undertaking bag searches and fans and guests are reminded that food and drink may not be bought into the building.
There will be additional food and beverage sales points located throughout the rink and there will also be volunteers selling 50/50 and raffle tickets.
